A leading FMCG company located in UAE is looking for young, ambitious, and confident Sales Executives who should ideally be available in UAE and can join immediately.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Identify sales opportunities and develop new B2B channels such as HORECA, supermarkets etc.
•Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
•Ensure high level of customer service through appropriate follow ups, sales proposition and efficient planning with supply chain, marketing and finance teams.
•Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
•Lead the customer business reviews on periodic basis and drive the completion of the action plan.
•Handle sales forecasting for the assigned accounts and monitor the monthly demand planning.
•Monitor accounts receivables, update and negotiate payment terms, agreements, and invoicing address in relevant systems.
•Facilitate, negotiate and supervise all contract amendments with the customer.
•Manage and monitor the budget, new listings and competitor activities.
•Ensure achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets with respect to the set margins.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE, QUALITFICATION AND COMPETENCIES
•Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience while dealing in food commodities in the UAE market
•Bachelor’s Degree holder in Marketing or Business Administration
•Ability to communicate effectively in English. Speaking in Arabic is preferable
•UAE Driving License

Market competitive monthly salary along with lucrative sales commission and other associated benefits will be offered.
