Job Description
Castalia is urgently looking for new sales executive with the following conditions:
Maximizes sales of interior products including sales planning, in-home face-to-face customer consultations.
Development of project proposals and tracking of current and potential sales.
Meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales and margin goals.
Developing relationships with clients with the hope of generating future referral business.
Promoting CASTALIA products to designers, architects, contractors, developers, etc.
In-depth knowledge of furniture, tiles, kitchen and bath design and industry trends.
Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by demonstrating products and project expertise.
Meet with clients at our showroom to present design concepts and proposals.
Providing follow-through on projects, and complete flawless projects on time.
Responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting customers in selection of materia.
