• As our Property Consultant, you will be responsible for providing clients with advice on investing in the property market, based on an analysis of the market and Identification of the latest trends in it.
• Finding clients in the need of consultancy services through cold-callings, advertising, and business presentations.
• Keep up to date with market trends and best practices.
• Networking, referral closure, client relationship building.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• In-depth product knowledge.
• Perform comparative market analysis to provide advice on the Sale & Leasing of property value, discuss and follow up on opportunities with prospective buyers and tenants.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:-
• RERA certified preferred.
• Minimum 1-year experience in real estate.
• Sound knowledge of real estate laws.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on personal development.
• Great presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Zeal and Hunger to be a Millionaire.
• UAE Driving License & Own Car.
