Looking for a proactive and experienced Sales & Logistics coordinat to support our team in a well-organized and timely manner.
Job description:
Admin work:
-Handling daily office operation duties (answering phone calls, filing, maintaining needed office supplies, etc.)
-Overseeing basic HR duties.
-Completing necessary paperwork and email correspondence promptly.
Sales & Logistics coordinator:
-Communicating with clients regarding order progressing and required documents.
-Updating clients about shipment status.
-Dealing with couriers and local logistics companies.
-Coordinating with logistic agents for importing & exporting materials.
-Arranging local deliveries and shipments.
-Coordinating with shipping lines for shipment updates and switch and telex procedures.
-Sending and receiving clearing documents.
-Preparing delivery notes and other required invoices.
-Tracking and updating shipments status.
Job requirements:
-Prior logistics experience.
-Experience in freight matters (By road/sea/air).
-Experience in Microsoft office.
-Below 30 years old.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
-Customer service experience.
-Recognizes and resolves problems quickly and efficiently
-Time management skill
