As a Sales Manager, you will drive sales growth, manage a team of sales representatives, and develop strategic initiatives to expand our customer base.
*Responsibilities: *
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to enhance the company's competitive position.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners.
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and marketing materials.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and showcase company products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and customer preferences to recommend product enhancements and innovation.
*Qualifications: *
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Must be able to speak, read & write in Arabic & English.
- Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the luggage or travel industry.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and business partners.
- Proficiency in sales forecasting, budgeting, and data analysis.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving sales growth and achieving targets.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
