Day to day tasks will encompassed of the following and not limited to:
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• Promote the company’s produc addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
• Keep database of clients details, meetings and proposals
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Responsible on Sales and Marketing functions within the business
• Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
• To prepare monthly reports to Event Operations Director
• Proven working experience as a business development / sales executive or a relevant role in events industry
• Proven sales track record and good client data base
• Experience in customer support is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Proficiency in English
• Market knowledge in the event industry
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport.
• Time management and planning skills
• B in business administration, sales or relevant field
