We are looking for an experienced and well-organized female secretary receptionist, for our office, who can join immediately.

•Work timings: 9:00AM to 6:00PM - Monday to Friday
•Location: Al Barsha 1, Dubai, UAE

QUALIFICATIONS
•A college graduate.
•2-3 years of UAE work experience as a secretary.
•Courteous attitude and manners.
•Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
•Can work with minimal supervision and fast learner.
•Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
•Excellent coordination skills, internally and externally.
REQUIREMENTS
•Proficient in MS office, namely, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and researching online.
•Social Media enthusiast - It’s a plus if you have Social Media knowledge on how to publi, boost and create reports.
•You should be able to facilitate communication within the office and externally with clients and suppliers.
•You should be capable of preparing quotations, invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes and cost comparisons.
•You should know-how to coordinate enquiries, follow-ups and updates with client and suppliers.
•You will be answering and redirecting phone calls and emails.
•You will be maintaining files and records for accounting purposes.
•You will be maintaining office cleanliness and purchase of all office supplies and collaterals.
•Thorough training will be provided to the selected candidate.
