We are seeking a vigilant and experienced Security Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees, customers, and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a high level of attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitoring premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
Identifying and reporting potential security risks or breaches
Responding to emergency situations and providing assistance as needed
Conducting routine patrols and checks of the property and facilities
Operating security equipment, such as CCTV cameras and access control systems
Enforcing company policies and procedures
Maintaining detailed and accurate logs and reports of incidents
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a security officer or related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
Familiarity with security equipment and systems
