Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about company bookings for appointment, promotional campaign
Work with internal departments heads to meet customer's needs
Data entry in various platforms
Assist Executives with specific projects as needed
Assist Customer Support team if needed
Proactively work with leaders to identify issues and provide relevant solutions
At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
Excellent online etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Flexibly in working days + hours
Must be a team player and be able to adapt into different worldwide teams
