•Manage and coordinate the structural steel design with the team and management.
•Prepare feasibility studies, cost estimates, construction schedules, and reports
•Develop conceptual designs and detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
•Creating drawings based on verbal instructions from a project manager or engineer
•Explaining technical concepts to clients during meetings with architects, engineers, contractors, or other team members
•Using computer aided design software to create drawings on drafting boards
•Maintaining detailed records of work performed and materials used in each project
•Creating drawings of architectural designs and sketches of building plans and structures
•Prepare Shop Drawings for fabrication as well as provide the required fixing details
•Must have 2-3 years of experience as a Drafter or similar role in a steel fabrication background.
•Should be able to join immediately.
•Hands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software
•Well versed in Autocad 2D / 3D / Photoshop / Ms Office
•Should be able to take on projects with less supervision.
•Good communication in English and knowledge of the Hindi or Urdu language is an added advantage.
•Ability to meet deadlines
