Job description & Activities
ROLE
Builds business by identifying & selling prospects; maintaining relationship.
Identifies business opportunities, researches and analyzes sales options
Sells products by establishing contacts & developing relations
Maintains relationship
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information
Maintains quality service
Maintains professional and technical knowledge
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements
Presentation skills, client relationship, emphasizing excellence, energy level, negotiation, prospecting skills, meeting sales goals, creativity, sales planning, independence, motivation for sales, good command in English
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering preferably Mechanical Engineering
3+ years' of sales experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
