Telemarketer and customer service employee.
• The female employee is provided with a portfolio of existing clients and works to expand it through research and exploration in various search engines
• Receiving customer contacts who call the number assigned to the organization's sales and recording the orders received
• Full explanation of products and benefits with quotation
• Follow-up orders that were registered directly by the female employee and work on transferring them to the logistic department in order to process them through following up on their receipt as well as their collection
• A weekly report of the number of potential clients that have been contacted
• Soft spoken.
• Fluency in languages: Arabic, Urdu, Hindi.
• East Asian nationality.
• Medium technical experience, passionate about e-commerce and marketing
• Simple experience in sales over the phone
• The presence of female employees in Saudi Arabia only (Makkah Al-Mukarramah - Al-Tanaim and Al-Nahiyah are better).
Compensation and benefits
• A limited-term employment contract that can be permanent
• Monthly salary: 1,500 Saudi riyals (can be increased after the trial period and employment performance)
• Mandatory attendance to the office of the institution
• A cooperative team to explain any service that is not understood in a simple way
• Weekly off on Friday
