Attend & Record all Trading Enquiries received by the marketing team and own achievements in system.
Sales Strategy & Marketing Plan
Acquiring new clients (target of AED.30,000 on monthly basis) – Progress required up to 250K
Monthly new Clients Enrolment (Cold Calls, Market research, Direct Emails, Existing clients follow up, are the part of enrolment)
All inquiries must be recorded in the system daily basis, Quotation Creation, Negotiation, Sales Closing, Customer Service, Sales Order, Material request manual, and payment Collection.
Email Quotation – La-suma products (within 1-day response) Other Products (within 2 days Response) – Negotiation (within 5 days)
Calls (300 a month) and Direct eMails (1000 a month) – New Clients (web research, leads, etc)
Order Processing & completion – Customer Satisfaction
Preparation of the Report of new product inquiry other than our existing product catalog.
Categorized report against Sales quotation & enquiry is not materialised – Prici
Summary report of Sample submission – wi Quotation
Summary report of Sales quotation didn’t materialize within 5 days

Requirements
Filipino and Indian
Minimum 1 year in telecalling or teleselling
B2B sales indoor
Proven inside sales experience
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
