-Ensure knowledge of menu and all products
-Ensure mis-en-place is well stocked at all floor stations
-Ensure Food and Beverage orders are of a consistently good standard and delivered in a timely manner
-Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting
-Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments. Wipe down booths and chairs, move tables and chairs, and clean floors as necessary
-Serve guests with beverages, breads and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary. Assist server with food & beverage service to ensure guest satisfaction.
-Must keep working area clean and organized at all times
Locally available and ready to join immediately

Experience in Food & Beverage department a industry
Previous experience of cash handling
Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations
Excellent grooming standards
Waitress in a high volume restaurant
English, Arab and Russian are the favorite spoken languages
