Key Responsibilities:
1.Chocolate & Pastry Production:
oPrepare high-quality chocolates, cakes, and desserts following established recipes and standards.
oInnovate and develop new chocolate and cake recipes to enhance the menu.
oEnsure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of all products.
2.Ingredient Management:
oSource, inspect, and manage ingredients to maintain freshness and quality.
oMonitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment.
3.Quality Control & Hygiene:
oMaintain high standards of hygiene and food safety in compliance with Kuwait’s health regulations.
oEnsure all kitchen equipment and workspaces are clean and well-maintained.
4.Production & Order Management:
oPlan and execute daily production schedules to meet store demand.
oWork efficiently under pressure, especially during peak hours and special events.
5.Team Collaboration:
oWork closely with management and sales teams to align production with customer preferences.
oTrain and guide junior kitchen staff or assistants when necessary.
6.Creativity & Trend Awareness:
oStay updated on the latest trends in chocolate and pastry arts.
oExperiment with flavors, textures, and presentation styles to create unique offerings.
•Experience: Proven experience as a chocolatier, pastry chef, or specialized cake chef in a similar role.
•Skills:
oStrong expertise in chocolate tempering, cake decoration, and dessert creation.
oAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
oAttention to detail and a passion for presentation.
oKnowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
•Availability: Must be currently based in Kuwait and available for immediate hiring or short notice period.
