Maintain a strong pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs in the oil & gas industry.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements and refine job descriptions.
Leverage HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for efficient candidate management.
Manage job offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and changes in labor laws.
