We are looking for a Senior HR Specialist to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in human resources, with a strong understanding of UAE labor laws, recruitment, employee relations, and HR policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
Oversee employee relations and performance management
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
Handle payroll, benefits, and compensation matters
