Job Description
The Motion Graphic Design Artist role will be responsible for creating highly engaging video edits and animations to promote our campaigns, events and exhibition stands across all brands.
Main Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality 3D and 2D motion graphics for marketing posts and promotions
- Create eye-catching and engaging animated game trailers, teasers, and promotional content using a mixture of video editing and motion design
- Must be able to re-create 3D presentations, and video animation based on 3D modeling and animate them
- Build complex 3D scenes such as forests, space, and cityscapes for use in teaser videos
- Build and animate all exhibition stands, events, stage, and logos as per the required storyboard in 3D
- Participate in brainstorming and creative sessions to share new design perspectives, and ideas and develop new visual concepts
- Assist in the creation of storyboards and contribute to brainstorming sessions
- Create eye-catching tutorials and infographics with a unique and modern look.
- Produce finished design work for exhibitions and conferences – including promotional videos, animations, and large-scale screen content
- Share knowledge with the other motion designers and help to contribute towards an open and creative work environment
- Be an ambassador for the company, ensuring all assets coming from the creative team are in line with Brand Guidelines
Contribute to an effective, efficient, and productive marketing department by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies, and values are followed
Any other ad-hoc duties that may be required.
Qualifications
- 5 years+ of 3D animation and Motion Graphic Design experience including strong technical skills in video and animation
- Showcase a strong sense of pacing in your portfolio. Ability to tell a story effectively through video
- Strong video editing skills in 3D max, Adobe Premiere, or Da Vinci Resolve. Color grading knowledge is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar marketing role in a B2B gaming environment is advantageous
- Skilled VFX and particle generation
- An expert in AfterEffects and knowledge in one or more of the following 3d software Maya, Cinema 4d, Blender, element 3D, and Unity. Strong skills in Photoshop and Illustrator are advantageous
- Possess skills in modeling and texturing with the ability to create 3d assets for the assigned project is highly desired
- Good knowledge of lighting and rendering with the ability to give a beautiful look to the final output
- Have a good handle on various styles of art for 3D Motion graphics video creation. (Low poly style, isometric style, triangulated poly style, toonish style, abstract style)
- Good knowledge of various useful plug-i of After Effects, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D
- Designing and editing creative content suitable for various platforms and purposes, with extremely strong video editing skills
- Conveying a strong and consistent brand image across all our brands
- Superior attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines self-motivation, enthusiasm, and initiative
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-end digital design skills
- Must be able to re-create 3D presentations, and video animation based on 3D modeling and animate them
- at least 8 years experience in events management company
