Maintain and repair Split Units, Ducted Split, Free Stand Units, Ventilation Fans, and all types of equipment, for both commercial and residential customers.
Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical and electrical components of these systems.
Lead role in defining the training, materials, and tools needed to support the maintenance base.
Primary responsibility will be to work all HVAC systems.
Work with dispatch to ensure the schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customers.
Be available to work some nights or weekends, to service the emergency needs of our customers.
Document all equipment installations: make, model, serial number, necessary test measurements, and pictures as necessary.
Diagnose diverse service issues, obtain any replacement parts, calibrate the system to manufacturer’s recommendations, and explain fully to the customer what the issue is and what is need to correct.
Communicate to dispatch, parts procurement, supervisors and managers, as needed, to keep the company and customers informed about work progressions.
Provide detailed, complete, and timely paperwork and required
Participate in company-provided training opportunities on the latest industry technologies.
Identify and report to supervis potential opportunities for additional business.

تشخيص مشكلات الخدمة المتنوعة ، والحصول على أي قطع غيار ، ومعايرة النظام لتوصيات الشركة المصنعة ، والشرح الكامل للعميل ما هي المشكلة وما الذي يجب تصحيحه.
التواصل لإرسال وشراء قطع الغيار والمشرفين والمديرين ، حسب الحاجة ، لإبقاء الشركة والعملاء على علم بتقدم العمل.
تقديم أوراق مفصلة وكاملة وفي الوقت المناسب والمطلوب
المشاركة في فرص التدريب المقدمة من الشركة على أحدث تقنيات الصناعة.
تحديد وإبلاغ المشرف / المدير بالفرص المحتملة لأعمال إضافية.

Salary: AED1,200.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
Experience:
Air Conditioning: 3 years (Preferred)
