Responsibilities:
Installation and Maintenance:
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems, including central units, split systems, and ductless systems.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and replacing filters, checking refrigerant levels, and lubricating components.
Diagnosis and Troubleshooting:
Identify and troubleshoot problems in HVAC systems using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Analyze system performance and make recommendations for improvements or repairs.
Repairs:
Execute repairs on faulty or damaged components, such as compressors, motors, and thermostats.
Ensure all repairs are carried out efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Customer Service:
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their HVAC needs and address any concerns.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Compliance and Safety:
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC systems.
Keep up-to-date with industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance.
Doentation:
Maintain accurate records of all service and maintenance activities.
Complete service reports and doentation in a timely and thorough manner.
Requirements:
Education and Certification:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Certification or degree in HVAC technology or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
Proven experience as an AC Technician, with a minimum of [X years] in HVAC systems installation and maintenance.
