Manage key accounts as directed by the Sales Director.
Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your customer.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Respond to qualified leads, produced through market intelligence, and review all identified opportunities with the Sales Director.
Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company’s growth.
Support the Business Development strategy by attending weekly Sales and Business Development meetings, submit weekly progress reports, forecast, and track key account metrics.
To support and contribute to the Company’s overall business development and marketing strategy and collaborate with Sales Director to formulate a sales and business development plan.
Understand the company’s goals and ambitions to enhance the company’s performance.
Be familiar with the asset management system, producing quotes and proposals as appropriate.
Advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can be enhanced.
To ensure that the Company’s policies, rules, procedures, and obligations are observed in carrying out the above duties.
Skills and Qualifications
Experienced professional with full understanding on specialized areas; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways
Works on problems of diverse scope where analysing data requires evaluating identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments
Typically requires minimum 5 years of related experience and a bachelor’s degree, or 3 years and a master’s degree; or a PhD without experience
