Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Accounting Manager to oversee our accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and experienced in financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements; ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets and forecasts; provide financial insights.
- Compliance and Audit: Ensure regulatory compliance; coordinate with external auditors.
- Accounts Management: Oversee accounts payab; manage cash flow.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the accounting team; conduct performance evaluations.
- Strategic Planning: Support senior management with financial planning and analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s or C preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and software.
- Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
