> Prepare financial statements, business activity reports, and financial forecats
> Ensures that the organization's financial records and recordkeepeing methods are compliance to applicable standards and regulations
> Engages in Financial Analysis in such areas as forecasting, budgetting, engaging in cost reduction analysis and reviewing operational performance
> Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
>Preparation of monthly financial statements – statement of financial position, statement of comprehensive income, statement of changes in equity and cash flow statement in a timely manner.
> Report to Management on variances from established budget, and reasons for those variances
> Periodically review the organization's financial reports and identify opportunities for cost reductions
> Analyze data and advise top management on how to maximize profits while minimizing risks.
> Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements
> Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Financial Management
> 5 years experience in Accounting
> At least 2-5 years experience in UAE
> Strong knowledge in VAT, IFRS, ISA etc.
> Good Communication Skills
