Preparation of invoices and maintaining schedules and daily entries
Ensuring reconciliations and financial statements are completed accurately and in a timely manner
Perform monthly and annual accounting activities
Conduct all activities related to accounts receivable and accounts payables
Responsible for conducting bank related transactions
Managing the entire employee payroll salaries WPS, and leave pay computation.
Preparing daily bank deposits and liaise with developers
Safe keeping of post-dated cheques received and keeping its inventory in sequential order.
VAT Filing
Submitting monthly reports to CEO
Graduate with 3-4 years experiences
Candidates on spouse visa will be preferred but not mandatory
Accounting experience in UAE , preferable
Worked on XERO or anyother accounting software
Spoken and Written English communication needs to be strong
