Schneider business services is urgently looking for an experienced Accountant in UAE.
The ideal candidate will have significant exposure to managing financial operations, maintaining all aspects of accounting and book keeping services:
Responsibilities:
· Ensuring accurate and error-free accounting entries.
· Preparing Service Invoices for clients, payments, checks, transfers, and receipts and confirming they were delivered and received by the concerned parties. Reporting about the outstanding checks.
· Following up on the work in progress balancing and ensuring its validity.
· Preparing of banks, clients and suppliers reconciliations and following up on discrepancies.
· Preparing on a periodic basis the Receivables aging reports, communicating the collection schedules, confirm the recording accuracy of receipts from clients and ensuring that all due invoices are paid on time.
· Assisting in the preparation of monthly and yearly Accounting reports.
Qualifications and Skills:
·CPA will be an added advantage
· Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance or Other Equivalent Experience
· 2+ Years of Relevant Professional Accounting Experience in UAE
· Data Entry Management
· Knowledge of accounting software like Quickbooks Deskt would be an advantage
