• Overall responsibility of Finance and accounts departments.
• To ensure that the company meets the guidelines for profitability, as laid down by senior management.
• To prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual statement.
• Advise senior management on matters related to the company’s financial health, address issues, and propose mitigation plans.
• Review the company’s Financial policies and upgrade them from time to time, in line with popular market practices.
• Ensure that all financial data going into the books is properly wetted and has all the necessary details and information.
• Complete ownership of the company’s P&L. Preparation of quarterly and annual accounts’ reconciliations. Prepare a balance sheets.
• Reporting correct estimations of Top Line, Gross & Net profit – achieved and projected.
• Monitor, and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting.
• Ensure VAT compliances and submissions.
• Ensure that the company’s financial documentation is fully compliant with UAE Govt. by-laws.
• Qualification: Bachelor Degree Or Master Degree
