Job Brief:
• Role requires an individual with good accounting skills, must have a good understanding of QuickBooks Online or similar online accounting system.
• Should be able to make periodic statements, reports, and tax submissions.
• Responsibilities will also overlap with typical Office Manager and Personal Assistant tasks, including but not limited to maintaining office supplies inventory, coordinating service and repair jobs in the office, collecti items, conducting market research and coordinating for visa renewal tasks.
• Role will also require interacting with rented property tenants, drafting communication, and doing timely follow ups.
Experience and Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years in similar role within the region.
• Minimum undergraduate / bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related.
• Accounting a finance certifications preferred (i.e. CPA, CMA, etc…) but not necessary.
• Must be comfortable and experienced with using the Microsoft Office suite, especially Word and Excel.
• Good level of fluency in both written and spoken English.
• Candidate must provide accurate and precise attention to detail, be an analytical and goal-oriented thinker, and be able to comfortably multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Will have visibility and access to sensitive financial data and insight of businesses, candidate must be trustworthy and must have references.
