Keep records of all transactions and ensure all filing is done timely and accurately Responsible for the preparation and processing of all invoices, purchase orders and cheques. Recording entries in QuickBooks (Accounting system). Preparation of Monthly financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, forecasted cash flows)
and following up on accounts payable and receivable amounts Maintaining and handling petty cash. Preparation of bank reconciliations and bank transfers
•Degree in Accounting or related area .
•Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills .
•Great leadership abilities .
•Executive decision-making abilities .
•Strong strategic as well as analytical attitude .
•5 years accounting experience
