Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly ODOO tailored for manufacturing, along with advanced knowledge of MS Office, is crucial for success in this position.
Responsibilities:
• Compile, assess, and scrutinize financial statements, encompassing balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Collaborate with management to formulate budgets, financial projections, and reports analyzing variances.
• Supervise project expenses, ensure compliance with budgets, and identify opportunities for cost-saving measures.
• Guarantee adherence to accounting and tax regulations, handle filing requirements, and liaise with external auditors.
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes and offer insights for strategic planning.
• Oversee and administer accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring precision and timely processing.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Effectively utilize and manage the ERP system for accounting and financial management purposes.
• Coordinate and cooperate with cross-functional teams, including project management, sales, and administration.
• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of progressive accounting experience within manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in utilizing ERP systems tailored for Manufacturing, coupled with advanced expertise in the MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
