Maintain Financial Records:- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards.
Prepare Financial Statements:- Assist in preparing income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Reconcile Accounts:- Perform regular bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
Tax Compliance:- Registering VAT and CT for the companies and tax filing on quarterly basis as per regulations.
Budgeting and Forecasting:- Collaborate in creating budgets and financial forecasts.
Auditing Support:- Provide necessary doentation and support for internal and external audits.
Payroll Management:- Handle payroll processes, including salary disbursement and statutory deductions.
Expense Monitoring:- Track expenses and ensure they align with budgeted limits.
Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, financial formulas).
Good understanding of VAT and CT regulations.
Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
