Experience:
* Good knowledge of Ms-word, excel, pdf, outlook.
* should have minimum 2 years experience in the accounting and office administration field.
* Candidate must have knowledge of trail balance finalization, bank reconciliation, payables and receivable management.
* should be familiar with using online portals.

Salary:
2,500 to 4,000 aed.
Responsibilities:
* every day office transactions for all sales, purchase, payment and receipt vouchers, bank reconciliations.
* preparing SOA, follow up on payment with the clients and payables to suppliers in timely manner.
* follow up with sales team with their time to time requirements.
Maintain all required office doents on the network and physical files.
* Process income statement and other finicial statements.
* prepare weekly and monthly reports submitted to the manager and monthly closings.
* follow up clients and suppliers requirements time to time and complete the quires thru what's app, call and mail.
* prepare VAT reports as per UAE law and submit the reports on FTA portal.
* Should follow up sending visas, insurances, applications posting and other related works without any delay.
