Accounting Duties:
Prepare and verify daily and monthly report (Sales, Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Bank & Petty Cash Reconciliation)
Responsible for preparation of invoices and maintaining the books of accounts such as Cash book, Books of Bank, Purchase register, Sales register and General Ledger etc in Tally.
Handling receivables, payable and follow up for the payment from the clients.
Deposit cheques from clients to Banks and prepares cheques for payments and contact individual with delinquent accounts.
VAT preparation and filing as per UAE Law.
Admin Duties:
Maintain and organize real estate doents, agreements and lease records.
Track and monitor payments and obligations.
Maintain and manage client database with details of deals, contracts and payments.
Support real estate administrator in handling sales, leasing and rental activities.
HR Duties:
Handle day-to-day HR Admin works such as maintaining employees’ personal recor in terms of passport and visa details.
Maintains and updates Probation reports for the new employees and ensures confirmation letters are sent to the concerned employees and recorded in employee personal files.
Responds to HR related requests and queries made by employees and adheres to the company administrative procedures and rules and prepare HR related Letters
Liaises with new employees and the Public Relations Officers to co-ordinate and apply for online visas (including dependent visas based on entitlement), within stipulated time periods.
Coordinates with the Training department to arrange the new joiner first day General Induction and processes Company ID cards for current and new joining staff
Handles exit formalities for departing staff due to resignati.
Ensures all resign and transferred staff are cleared from security in order to canc visas.
