Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payments.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Assist in developing and implementing office policies and procedures.
Maintain organized filing systems and electronic records.
Provide support to various departments as required.
Handle correspondence and communications with clients and vendors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in accounting and administrative roles (2+ years preferred).
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
