We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Admin and Shipping Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
As an Accounts Admin and Shipping Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of both our financial and logistics functions. This dual role requires someone with a strong understanding of accounting principles and experience in coordinating shipping activities. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounts tasks, invoicing, and overseeing the timely and accurate dispatch of goods.
Accounts Administration:
Manage daily accounts receivable and payable functions.
Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate financial records.
Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
Maintain and update the accounting database with customer and vendor information.
Handle customer inquiries regarding billing and account statements.
Shipping Coordination:
Coordinate and monitor the shipment of goods to ensure timely delivery.
Prepare shipping doents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs doentation.
Work with logistics providers to arrange transportation and track shipments.
Maintain accurate records of all shipping activities.
2-3 years of experience in accounts administration a shipping coordination.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
Familiarity with shipping processes, logistics, and doentation.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
