Looking for an experienced Accounts manager for a contracting company, the candidate should be well acquainted with the contracting industry and has a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar industry. The job will require input in reviewing and negotiating contracts and payment terms with clients and managing all accounting and finance tasks.
1.Able to utilize company resources to develop and implement strategic solutions to achieve key clients' long-term goals.
2.Overseeing routine as well as handling complicated financial issues and find solutions on it, and should be able to maintain and suggest strategic plans for future business ventures.
3.Should be responsible in key account-related turnover.
4.Must be a strong communicator to manage accounts properly.
5.Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
6.Able to generate payables ,receivables, profit, loss, budget planning's and balance sheets.
7.Should be able to work closely with parties to ensure each has clear expectations for the transaction and determine whether the service fits the current needs of both parties involved in the negotiation.
8.Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.
9.Should be flexible with business timings.
