1- Preparing the tax report.
2- Prepare a monthly report to the sales manager about delays in customer accounts.
3- Communicate with customers in coordination with the sales manager to follow up on late collections.
4- Reporting, financial analysis and opinion.
5- Preparing the balance of review every month.
6- Preparing financial reports requested by other departments.
7- Supervising the management of accounts, distributing work in accordance with a professional mechanism, training and evaluating its employees quarterly in accordance with the evaluation mechanism adopted by the Human Resources Manager.
8- Ensure that financial and accounting operations are carried out at all stages and in all departments to the fullest and communicate with department managers in the event of any failure.
9- Maintaining the company's privacy and data confidentiality.
10- Accounting reconciliation between all branches of the company (U, Muscat / Salalah and Muscat / Jalan)
11- Follow-up customer accounts.
12- Follow-up of products sold during the travel of the Import and Export Manager and the offer of purchase to the Department.
13- Developing the mechanisms of action in the Accounting Department and presenting the department's proposed plans to promo-the the work.
Requirement:
Proven 5 yrs of Experience as Accounts Manager or Assistant Accounts Manager in UAE (preferred)
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance or ACCA
Fluent Arabic Language is an Advantage
Knowledge of Advance Excel in Advantage
