The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads and selling our full range of interior design and fit-out solutions to clients.
Maintain existing relationships, preparing proposals, and meeting sales targets.
will also keep up with market trends, conduct research, and identify new business opportunities.
Meeting with clients to discuss their needs and preferences in detail, including any special considerations or concerns
General Idea of materials and labor costs to ensure that projects stay within budget guidelines
Understanding how tend from subcontractors are done and to ensure they are reasonable in price and scope of work offered
Working with interior designe to coordinate design details
Preparing progress reports for clients on a regular basis throughout the duration of the project
Bachelor's degree in any related field with experience in Technical projects handling project management, years of sales experience in the relevant industry, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and build long-term relationships with clients.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment with atleast 2-3 years in the relevant industry
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on meeting client needs and providing customized solutions
Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, Arabic speakers are preferred
UAE Driving license is a MUST.
