Responsibilities:
Perform general office duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other doentation.
Maintain and update company databases, records, and filing systems.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist in organizing company events and employee activities.
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or relevant role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
A positive and professional demeanor.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
