Admin Assistant Required for Leading Company
successfully preparing reports, bank letters NOC/
➢ Deal with enquiries from suppliers.
➢ Typed documents and correspondence for managers and all departments.
➢ preparing petty cash bills.
➢ Managing all departments in office.
➢ Processing purchase order and delivery.
➢ Provide administrative support for HR executives
➢ Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation
➢ Prepare, manage, and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures
➢ Maintain Direct Manager schedule and coordinate calendar activities
➢ Booking and arranging internal and external training and events
➢ Ad-hoc admin as and when required
➢ Advanced Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Word Skills
➢ Customer service / sales administration support
