Job Description: As an eCommerce Data Entry & Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate data within our eCommerce platform and assisting with various administrative tasks. This role is crucial for ensuring that our online operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Input and update product information, including descriptions, prices, and images, on our eCommerce platform.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
Assist in processing orders and handling customer inquiries related to order status.
Maintain and organize digital files and records.
Generate and analyze reports to track sales, inventory, and other key metrics.
Perform routine data quality checks and address discrepancies.
Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings and managing communications.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachler degree, diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or data entry are a plus.
Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or eCommerce operations.
Typing speed with high accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., wordpress, WooCommerce) preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
