Role

The successful candidate should be solid support for one or multiple project managers. The candidate should be a goal-orientated & a performance-driven professional and proficient in problem-solving, planning within budget & time constraints.
The candidate must ensure that all departments are provided with the specific project information to enable the correct and timely survey, drawing, manufacture and installation.
Detailed Tasks

· Coordinate internal resources (surveying, drawing, manufacture and installation departments) and third parti for seamless execution of projects

· Ensure resource availability and allocation

· J scheduling

· Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

· Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

· Establish and maintain relationships with third parti

· Create and maintain comprehensive project doentation

· Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to doent needs

· Collate and prepare end of project invoicing doentation upon completion of each project or projects

· Able to work remotely.
