ADMIN ACCOUNTANT (FEMALE)
Roles & Responsibilities
* Handle the complete leasing process.
* Follow up, address, and resolve tenants’ complaints and keep updated records as appropriate.
* Facilitate the coordination between tenants and FM team for the move-in and move-out process.
* Coordinate with tenants to provide access for maintenance work when required.
* Manage day-to-day accounts and give monthly income reports.
* Prepare and send circulars and notices to tenants.
* Negotiate renewal rates with the tenants and obtain approvals.
* Ensure all doents are filed as per process and the CRM system is updated regularly.
* Raise requests related to tenant early termination and waivers and send them for approval by the line manager.
* Identify violations within the community and issue violati notices accordingly and keep records and follow up on the same to ensure that the community rules are followed.
* Ensure incident reports are issued and follow up with concerned departments to close the report.
* Support the manager with the day-to-day activities of the department to ensure a higher level of customer satisfaction and profitability for the business.
* Prepare reports as per management requirements.

•Bachelor’s degree / Related
•Accounting and bookkeeping Knowledge
•Excellent MS Office skills
•Excellent Communication skills.
•Advanced analytical skills
•Knowledge of Sharjah Real estate Rules.
•Advanced planning and organizing skills.
•Advanced negotiation & persuasion skills
•Customer relations and service orientation skills.
Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, (Arabic- Added advantage)
