• Applications are invited from female graduate candidates for the post of Admin HR Executive
• Should be having a good Communication Skills
• Having Good working knowledge in MS-Office (word & excel) and mail Transactions
• Preparation of Reports and tracking purchase sales using MS Excel
• Payment follow-up and collection follow-up
• Accounts, Data Entry, Verification and Doent Management.
• Payroll, Attendance and Leave Management
• Maintaining record of the company’s employees
• Statutory doentation of employees (visa, labor card etc.)
• Coordinating and following up with PRO for visa formalities and providing required doentation for processing
• Initiative taking and coordinating for Employee Engagement activities
• Complain Handling & Coordination with Operation Team & Office Management.
• Answers phones, directs calls to appropriate individuals, and prepares messages.
• Maintains filing systems manually and electronically
• Candidate should be able to join immediately upon appointment
• Candidate should be available for job interview at our Office in Dubai
