• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
• Carries administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
• Supports the team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
• Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, and placing and expediting orders for supplies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Arrange customers’ shipments with care and excellence on an end-to-end basis.
• Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and person.
• Addressing and resolving customers’ complaints in a professional manner.
• Processing customer payments using a Point of sale system (POS)
• Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of outlet items to provide advice and recommendations.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
College level or equivalent education required.
• Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Effective in communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Detail-oriented.
