- Draft, proofread, and edit emails, letters, and other doents as needed.
- make Quotations and LPO .
- follow up with suppliers and shipments and transportations .
- inventory input and out put and make reports .
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Calendar and Meeting Management.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Assist in data entry and ensure the accuracy and integrity of information.
- Assist in basic Accounting tasks when necessary.
Bachelor degree (business & Accounting).
Nationality : Philippines .
experience : 2 years .
autocad 2d is advantage .
