Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Administrative Assistant at NHG Pharma located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing general administrative support, managing phone calls and correspondence, maintaining effective communication channels, providing executive administrative assistance, and performing various clerical tasks.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: This is a full-time position requiring your presence in the office during standard working hours, which are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. These hours are pivotal for team collaboration, client meetings, and ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.
Weekend Availability (Saturday and Sunday): On rare occasions, due to the secretarial nature of the work, there may be a need to complete certain tasks over the weekend. We value your work-life balance, so this would be on an exceptional basis and can be performed remotely. Advanced notice will be provided to ensure any weekend work is planned and does not disrupt your personal time unnecessarily.
Requirements
Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
Phone Etiquette and Communication skills.
Strong clerical skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well in a team.
Relevant experience in administrative roles
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
