Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the efficient functioning of daily operations and contributing to the overall success of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily office operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.

Maintain and organize company records, databases, and files.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other doentation.

Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.

Monitor and order office supplies as needed.

Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoice processing and expense tracking.

Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.

Provide general support to visitors and address their inquiries.

Collaborate with team members to improve office procedures and processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

Strong working knowledge of TARS and Speed CRM (Car rental).

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).

Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
