Administrative Assistant Responsibilities. Not Limited to the following:
This position requires you to work in sync with the overall day-to-day operations.
· Assist and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving admin issues
· Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees, clients and management regarding company policies and guidelines.
· Disseminate information to employees related to employer-employee relations, employee activities, and personnel policies and programs.
· Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.
· Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones and online queries using appropriate etiquette.
· Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals
- Conducting research work online
- Provide general support
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Go-getter & Passion towards work for growth prospects.
Ability to take initiative, and to adapt quickly to change.
An interest in reading a writing will also be an added advantage.
