Looking for expertise in Galileo or Amadeus or Sabre with advance level experience and should be able to void, re-issue, tax calculation, re-validation , partial re-issue, cancel , applying for refund. etc...
In this role your core responsibilities include creating reservations, quoting fares and issuing of tickets. You will serve customers professionally through telephone or in person to achieve customer satisfaction and generate revenue. In addition, you will liaise with all airline personnel to ensure maximum support to passengers and immediate attention to queries relating to clearance and dispute of ADM’s, special handling requests and other issues.
You must also have a fair knowledge of World Geography, excellent English Language communication skills - spok, the ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow
Extensive knowledge of Galileo , Amadeus and Sabre ticketing software
Ability to handle high volume of customer interaction while delivering exceptional service
Professionally assist and follow through with resolution of guest complaints
Assist in the resolution of all guest complaints
Exceptional processing of tickets, be it new issues, refunds or exchanges.
