Duties/Responsibilities:
Together with the vice principal and Principal, providing leadership and management of students, faculty and staff within the School so that a positive environment is maintained that models the values and mission of the school.
Ensuring rigorous international academic standards are set and achieved by each student with an emphasis on a developmentally appropriate curriculum.
Supervision of teachers and other direct reports, as defined by the Management, and professional development carried out informally and formally through regular visits to classrooms.
Assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating instructional programs and activities as assigned by the school.
Assist in coordinating the selection and acquisition of instructional materials and equipment.
Assist in coordinating all testing programs at the school.
Maintain a google database of shared doents and school related files.
Assist in the coordination and supervision of before a after school programs or activities ( when available)
Assist in selection and employment of school personnel.
Assist with the development and implementation of an effective staff development program.
Assist with the development and implementation of the School Improvement Plan.
Demonstrate initiative and a proactive orientation to fulfilling performance responsibilities and seeking solutions to problems and concerns.
Analyze student performance data as a basis for curriculum improvement and staff development needs.
Prepare or oversee the preparation of required reports and maintain all appropriate records.
Model and maintain high standards of professional conduct.
Set high standards and expectations for self, others, and school.
Use appropriate interpersonal styles and methods to guide individuals and groups to task accomplishment.
Note: Should have experience in Teaching Secondary School
